Brooklyn Listings Six Months Later: Three in Contract

[ad_1]

This week, a look back at four of our featured listings from six months ago focuses on homes in Bay Ridge, West Midwood, Windsor Terrace, and Clinton Hill. How did they fare?

If you want an easy stroll to catch a ferry ride, this one-bedroom co-op is in a 1930s building that sits just a few blocks away from the Bay Ridge stop and also offers a generous layout and closet space. This former Co-op of the Day is still available for $399,000, a price cut of $1,000.

A West Midwood early 20th century standalone has a generous amount of interior space and a garage. This former Open House Pick entered contract this month.

A short stroll from Prospect Park, the interior of this Windsor Terrace standalone is generously sized and has some period details like pocket doors, stained glass, and wainscoting along with some renovations since its 1890s construction. The single-family home at 300 Sherman Street also has a private driveway and a garage. This former House of the Day entered contract in August.

An 1870s brownstone is in the Clinton Hill Historic District and is set up as a three-family. The listing photos show a glimpse of mantels, an original stair, and some plaster details. This former Open House Pick entered contract in September.
