Brooklyn Listings Six Months Later: One Sold

[ad_1]

This week, a look back at four of our featured listings from six months ago focuses on homes in Sunset Park, Clinton Hill, West Midwood, and Brooklyn Heights. How did they fare?

This one-bedroom apartment in a 1920s Finnish co-op isn’t huge, but it offers a few period touches and a renovated kitchen. It is also just a short walk from Sunset Park. This former Co-op of the Day entered contract in August.

Dominated by architectural features from its building’s past, this Clinton Hill triplex apartment has a private patio, a flexible loft space, and in-unit laundry. Original details include high ceilings, stained glass, and some soaring arches. This former Co-op of the Day sold in November for $1.4 million, which was $205,000 over the asking price.

In West Midwood, this single-family standalone has an original stair, wood floors, stained glass, picture rails, and a dining room with wainscoting and a plate shelf. This former Open House Pick entered contract in September.

Located in the Brooklyn Heights Historic District, a single-family brownstone has been renovated and certainly isn’t short on living space. It has wood burning fireplaces, updated mechanicals, and central air. This former Open House Pick is still available for $10.495 million, a price cut of $500,000.
