Brooklyn Listings Six Months Later: All Four Sold

[ad_1]

This week, a look back at four of our featured listings from six months ago focuses on homes in East Flatbush, Brooklyn Heights, Crown Heights, and Park Slope. How did they fare?

In East Flatbush, this early 20th century single-family row house has arched doorways, niches, a Deco bath, and a driveway. This former Open House Pick sold in October for $630,000, which was $50,000 over the asking price.

Being sold “as is,” this Brooklyn Heights one-bedroom has an intriguing vintage kitchen and prewar details like wall moldings and picture rails still in place. This former Co-op of the Day sold in November for $975,000, which was $47,000 over the asking price.

While not a grand brownstone, this bow-front Renaissance Revival row house in Crown Heights appears well maintained with numerous attractive original details and a relatively modest price. This former House of the Day sold in October for $1.315 million, which was $65,000 over the asking price.

A two-family brownstone in Park Slope hasn’t been on the market since the 1980s, and while some original details like mantels and moldings remain, there is room for a new owner to make style tweaks in the wet rooms. This former Open House Pick sold this month for $2.907 million, which was $493,000 under the asking price.
