Brooklyn Listings: One Sold | Brownstoner

This week, a look back at four of our featured listings from six months ago focuses on homes in Flatbush, East Flatbush, Williamsburg, and Brooklyn Heights. How did they fare?

In Flatbush, a one-bedroom apartment with a spacious layout has many of the features one might expect of a late 1930s building such as arched doorways as well as five closets and updated wet rooms. This former Co-op of the Day sold in April for $720,000, which was $45,000 over the asking price.

In East Flatbush, this early 20th century brick row house has an attached garage. This former Open House Pick entered contract in January

This 1850s brick Italianate sits in Williamsburg’s Fillmore Place Historic District. This former Open House Pick is still available for $3.6 million, a price drop of $300,000.

An impressive 30 feet wide, this Brooklyn Heights townhouse is certainly spacious. The renovated interior of 25 Grace Court includes custom built-ins, central air, six working fireplaces, and a home theater. This former House of the Day is currently off the market.
